Hi, my name is Renee Guill. I've been battling Anxiety and Depression for as long as I can remember. I am 48 years old. I first got diagnosed with Anxiety when I was in my late 20s. I was diagnosed with Depression in my early 30s. I know I had it in high school, but my Parents didn't believe in it, so I never got tested then. I think it's time to share my story and help find a way to get rid of the stigma.
